World Biodiversity Forum 2020
Co-organised by bioDISCOVERY and the UZH Research Priority Program 'Global Change and Biodiversity', the World Biodiversity Forum is conceived as a platform for exchange, covering a wide range of perspectives, and capturing a diversity of visions.
Look forward to an interesting array of internationally renowned invited speakers, a wide variety of thematic sessions, and interactive workshops sessions on a diversity of topics.
Outcome of the conference
A statement, recognising the existential and economic importance of biodiversity and ecosystem function as the basis of human existence, and the importance of biodiversity and ecosystems to achieve sustainability, charting the way forward to achieve a “New Deal for Nature”.
